    Cancellation/Refund/Transfer Policy

  1. NO class slots/allocations are reserved without a deposit.
  2. If we cancel the class, you get a full refund of deposit.
  3. You may receive a refund of your deposit up to two weeks prior to the class, or transfer to another scheduled date.
  4. 2 weeks prior or less to the class there are no refunds. We have saved you a time slot, hired instructors, and procured materials, etc...
  5. Transfers to another class are allowed up to 5 days prior to the class start. If the class is less than 5 days away no transfers will be allowed (verifiable emergencies are an exception and will be considered on a case-by-case basis).
  6. If we are notified by you within this time frame of your desire to transfer to another class, you may transfer 50 percent of your payment for the first class to apply to a second class within 30 days, or for classes scheduled less often, when scheduled.
  7. Transfers may take place once only per deposit. "No shows" automatically lose their deposit in full.
