The new suppressor ruling that has fallen into effect recently does not yet affect Washington state. As for now, we are still processing suppressors through Form 4s, as normal, and will continue to do so given the wording of Washington RCWs. With things slowly advancing through the courts maybe one we’ll see a true dissolution of the NFA but as for now the standard Form 4 process is still in affect and processing times are faster than ever.
